Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Council and users and other necessary matters when using the Bucheon Techno Park Complex 3 website (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) operated by the Bucheon City Techno Park Development Council (hereinafter referred to as “Council”).

Article 2 (Definition of terms)

1. "service"This refers to all content, functions and additional services on the Bucheon Techno Park Complex 3 website provided by the council.
2. "user"refers to members and non-members who receive services provided by the Council in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. "member"This refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Iran Council and who can continuously receive information from the Council and use its services.
4. "Move-in company"This refers to a company registered with the council as a company located in Bucheon Techno Park Complex 3 and conducting business.
5. “Content”The term refers to all text, photos, videos, and materials posted within the service by the council or users.

Article 3 (Posting and revision of terms and conditions)

1. The Council posts the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial screen of the service so that users can easily understand them.
2. The Council may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
3. If the terms and conditions are revised, the council shall specify the date of application and reason for revision. Article 4 (Provision and change of services)

1. The Council provides the following services:
   • Search and introduce information on tenants in Bucheon Techno Park Complex 3
   • Accepting applications for various support projects, including AI search optimization (AEO/SEO) support and blog, video, and shorts production support
   • Community · Notice · Policy · Schedule bulletin board operation
   • Register showcases such as new products, new technologies, corporate stories, and visits to tenant companies
   • Provides automatically translated content in 10 languages
   • Any other services that the council develops itself or provides to users through cooperation agreements with other companies
2. If there are significant operational or technical reasons, the Council may change some or all of the services it provides, and will notify you in advance.

Article 5 (Service usage time)

1. Services are provided unless there are special business or technical reasons for the council. Open all year round, 24 hours a day In principle, it is provided.
2. The Council may temporarily suspend service provision if necessary for regular system inspection, expansion, and replacement, and prior notice is provided in principle.

Article 6 (Membership registration and qualifications)

1. Membership can only be applied for by companies residing in Bucheon Techno Park Complex 3 or those recognized by the council.
2. When applying for membership, you must truthfully provide the essential information requested by the council (company name, person in charge, email address, contact information, etc.).
3. In any of the following cases, the council may refuse membership or revoke membership after the fact.
   • If it is not your real name or someone else’s name is used
   • If false information is provided or data requested by the council is not submitted
   • If the registration applicant has previously lost membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
   • If other membership qualifications are deemed inappropriate

Article 7 (User Obligations)

1. Users must not do the following:
   • Register false information when applying or changing
   • Stealing another person’s information or identity
   • Modification or unauthorized copying or distribution of information posted by the council
   • Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Council or a third party
   • Any act that damages the reputation of the Council or a third party or interferes with its business.
   • Disclosing or posting information on the service that is against public order and morals, such as obscene or violent messages, videos, or audio.
   • Spam, unauthorized posting of advertising information, hacking, and distribution of computer viruses
   • Any act that violates laws or is prohibited by the council’s operating policy.
2. The user is responsible for the consequences arising from the above actions, and the council may take necessary measures such as suspension or deprivation of membership, deletion of posts, etc.

Article 8 (Copyright and management of posts)

1. The copyright of the content posted by the user within the service belongs to the relevant user.
2. By registering a post with the council, the user grants the council the right to use the post free of charge and non-exclusively for purposes such as service operation, promotion, AI search optimization, and multilingual automatic translation.
3. The council may delete, move, or make private posts that fall under any of the following items without prior notice.
   • Postings that violate user obligations under Article 7
   • Posts containing content that infringes on the rights of others or defames them.
   • Advertisements/posts for commercial purposes (except for cases approved in advance by the Council)
   • Posts that violate other relevant laws and the council’s operating policies

Article 9 (Obligations of the Council)

1. The Council does not engage in any acts prohibited by relevant laws or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals, and strives to provide stable services.
2. The council has a security system to protect personal information so that users can safely use the service, and announces and complies with a separate “Personal Information Processing Policy.”
3. The Council promptly handles opinions or complaints raised by users in relation to the use of the service if they are deemed justified.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Council is exempt from liability for service provision if it is unable to provide the service due to force majeure such as natural disaster, war, service interruption of key telecommunications carriers, power outage, or system failure.
2. The Council is not responsible for any disruption in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the user.
3. The Council is not responsible for the user's failure to obtain or loss of expected profits by using the service.
4. The Council has no obligation to intervene in disputes that arise between users or between users and third parties through the service, and is not responsible for compensating for any resulting damages.

Article 11 (Resolution of disputes)

1. If a dispute arises between the Council and the user in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the Council and the user will consult in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably.
2. If the dispute is not resolved through the consultation under Paragraph 1, both parties may file a lawsuit in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
3. Lawsuits filed between the Council and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
